Project Initiation

Once a project has been confirmed and work has commenced, the client agrees that resources have been allocated and the development process has begun.

Therefore, payments made after project initiation are non-refundable.

Before Project Start

If a project is canceled before any work has started, a refund may be considered. However, any administrative or consultation charges may be deducted.

Work Delivered

Once any part of the work has been delivered, shared, or approved, the project is considered in progress or completed. Under such circumstances, no refunds will be applicable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide clear requirements, timely feedback, and necessary materials. Delays or changes from the client side do not qualify for refunds.

Exceptional Cases

In rare situations, if Asiatrix is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.

Consumer Protection

This policy is designed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights under governing laws.
